Have your students submit video responses or video projects as a homework assignment directly in Moodle using this tool.

Create the Panopto Student Assignment

1. Toggle Edit Mode on.
2. Click Add an Activity or Resource in the Topic of your choice.
3. From the list of options, choose Panopto Student Assignment
4. Give the assignment a Name.
5. Setup the remainder of the assignment as you would a regular assignment in Moodle with date/time, grade, etc.
6. Save Changes.

Student Submissions

1. Students will click on the Panopto assignment in the Moodle course.
2. They will see the Add Panopto Submission button

3. Once they click the button, they will get the popup Panopto screen to either Choose a video, upload a video, or record a video.

4. Students select the video, click Insert. Then Submit on the Moodle assignment.
