Sharing files with a Department/Program/Group

If you are looking for a way to share files with a department, program, or group, the best way would be to set-up a Team in Microsoft Teams. You can allow all members to be an owner of the Team and easily share files, chat and meet online. This option is better than having the files on your personal OneDrive folder; making it easier for all participants to have access and there is no need to worry about who the owner of the folder is and files disappearing or being deleted. Check out the Teams page for more information on using Teams.
