John A. Quisenberry, Class of 1871
Born April 7, 1851, in Lexington, Kentucky. After graduating from Centre, Quisenberry became a local banker. He was married to Pattie Beatty, daughter of Centre professor and president Ormond Beatty. Quisenberry died March 13, 1930.
Robert L. Quisenberry, Class of 1873
A graduate of the Columbia University and the University of Virginia Law School, Quisenberry served on the Centre College Board of Trustees from 1901 until 1917. A local lawyer, businessman, and farmer, Quisenberry also was a trustee of the Kentucky College for Women. He died on March 14, 1930.
