Supporting students’ well-being also takes a toll on faculty and staff well-being. As we make ourselves available to students, we need to remember to be intentional about taking time for self-care to ensure we are functioning well. The well-being of instructors is equally as important as that of your students. By modeling healthy practices and utilizing resources and supports available on campus, instructors can engage in the self-care necessary to address the needs of their students.
